Common FAQ:What is the fee for computer diagnostics? It takes time to figure out what exactly is happening when your computer will not turn on, or does turn on, but will not connect to the internet, has a bluescreen or other virus, etc. Our fees for this diagnostic test is only $50 and if you want us to repair it in shop, then we apply that $50 to the final bill. For example, You pay $50 for diagnostic and if the final bill is $125, then you would pay only $75. We do not repair your computer until we speak with you.How fast is your IT repair turn around? We can usually can get your computer back to you within 24-48 hours, but this depends on how extensive the damage is and if we have a back log. Do you repair laptops? Yes, we do. Just bring it by and drop it off. Our diagnostic fee is $50, which will be applied to the final bill, if we repair your computer.
